The Western (Fly River) Provincial Government is the governing body responsible for the administration and management of Western Province in Papua New Guinea. The provincial government plays a crucial role in providing governance, delivering essential services, and promoting development within the province.

The government structure consists of elected officials, and the Provincial Administrator. The Provincial Governor is the political leader of the province, responsible for implementing government policies and overseeing the overall development agenda. The Members of the Provincial Assembly represent various districts and communities within Western and participate in decision-making processes.

The Provincial Government is responsible for education, healthcare, infrastructure development, agriculture, tourism, law and order, and economic empowerment. It works towards improving the living conditions and well-being of the people by focusing on socio-economic development, poverty reduction, and sustainable resource management.
